Condominium And Subdivision Buyer’s Right ⇒Failure To Pay Installments
SECTION 24 OF P.D. 957:
States that a buyer may avail of his rights under Republic Act No. 6652 or the Realty
installment Buyer Protection Act, popularly known as the ” MACEDA LAW”, in case he
fails to pay his installments for reasons unrelated to the non-development of the project
by the developer (i.e. The buyer failed to raise the needed money for his monthly
payments)
Buyers may file a verified complaint before the Human Settlements Adjudication
Commission for the violation of the said right/s.
