Once the Design has been completed, submit a complete set to the company for evaluation. The Architectural Design and Review Group ( ADRG ) will evaluate and recommend for approval the plans and specifications. Once approved by management, you may now process the building permit and comply with the other construction requirements stipulated in the Contract to Sell and  the Deed of Restrictions. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE ULDI IS NEEDED PRIOR TO PROCESSING OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.
